Purpose:
The "Indie Author Life" feed is a place for indie authors to ask questions, share insights, overcome obstacles, and celebrate successes of their professional lives as independent authors, in the company of peers. It is also a place for traditionally published authors who are suddenly finding themselves responsible for marketing and promotion of their own books. It is not a place to promote services to indie authors. Please respect the intention of the feed.
Clarification on entry requirements:
the three emojis (🖋️📖💰) tell the computer that you think a post is relevant to this feed; and the whitelist prevents spammers and con-artists from targeting the indie authors' professional discussion space with inappropriate "offers". To have your posts appear on the feed, you must first contact @larisa-a-white.bsky.social to be added to the list, and then include the emojis on any post you wish to appear in the feed.
